Many thanks to the Lloyd E. Russell Foundation and the LLCXIII Atlanta Local Organizing Committee for creating an LLC scholarship fund. This gift paid forward this year and will continue to pay forward in the years ahead.

   

 

Sponsorship Arrangements

Confirmation of your sponsorship package will be made upon receipt of your check made out to “Leather Leadership Conference”.   Payment should be made within 30 days of an agreement unless alternative arrangements for payment are made.

Along with a check made out to “Leather Leadership Conference,” the Great Lakes/Ontario Local Organizing Committee (LOC) needs the following items in order to properly fulfill our role within the sponsorship.

In all cases, we must have confirmation by January 1, 2010 of what banner arrangements are needed for your organization.

Program Announcements

The Program will be printed primarily in black and white, although color may be available on the cover positions.

Prepared announcements should come as an electronic file to sponsorship@leatherleadership.org but if that option is not available, prepared announcements should be camera ready and reproduce legibly at 300 dpi.  Sponsors with program announcements that do not meet our quality standards will be contacted by the Program Book coordinator.

The deadline for submission of all information and/or prepared ads by sponsors is February 1, 2010.

Inserts in the Registration Bag

If you plan to place an insert in the registration bag, we need no less than 350 pieces delivered in Detroit by March 1, 2010.  All inserts must be no larger than 4 ¼ x 5 ½ in size (half sheet).

Seating at events

In order to reserve the proper seats for your sponsorship group at events in your package, the Great Lakes/Ontario LOC needs your choice of event (if applicable) and the names of the members in your party by March 15, 2010.
