Leather Leadership Conference is a one-of-a-kind national event designed to develop the leadership skills of those who belong to a community which defines itself in various ways - BDSM, Leather, Kink and Fetish. Additionally, LLCs are about fostering a greater sense of connection between and within community groups.

Twelve years ago, a small group of people in New York City came together to address a need - a need to learn from one another and to mentor each other in terms of community building within the Leather/Kink tribe.

Since then, there has been a national event every year gathering people deeply committed to finding ways to bring us together, support each other, express our sexualities, explore the edges and insure the future.

The heart of the Conference is the professional quality programs, interactive workshops and presentations that will arouse you, will help you learn to make things happen, and will help you strengthen your community and your own skills, whether you identify as leather, kink, BSDM or fetish.

Where is it?

The venue is the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway, at 1500 Van Ness Avenue (corner of Pine) in midtown San Francisco. It's at the end of a cable car line and convenient to the Castro, downtown and South of Market. There are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is full service. More about all this will be on this website as the event draws closer.

The amenities are designed so that you will be able to maximize your time at the Conference and not have to miss a presentation, speaker or event.
