Downloadable registration forms are provided as well, however we will encourage you to use our secure online registration system. Online registrations make it easier for us to get counts on attendees and more effectively plan for the conference.

NOTE: Whether you register through our online system or by printing out a registration form and mailing it, this does NOT register you for a hotel room. For hotel information, click here.

Rates

LLC-IX registration rates are as follows:

Phase 1 Registration (1 Nov 04 through 15 March 05) $80
Phase 2 Registration (15 March 05 through event weekend) $110

Registration Info

Online Payment Options:
Payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.

Checks will not be accepted for online registration.
If paying by check, please download a Word doc or PDF version of our registration form.

Please make checks payable to LLC 9, and mail your check and the hard-copy registration form to:

Please note that check payments must be received and cleared no later than March 15, 2005. Payments not yet received and cleared by this date will result in a balance due at the door, which must be paid prior to entrance into the conference.

Please note that returned checks will incur a fee of $33.00 that must be paid before your registration will be honored.

Refunds

Refunds will be available on the following schedule:

Prior to 1 Feb 05 = 100%
Prior to 1 Mar 05 = 75%
Prior to 20 Mar 04 = 50%
After 20 Mar 05 = NO REFUNDS.

Single Day Registration will be available onsite at the conference only.

Pre-registration for single day attendance is not available.
