The members of the Local Organizing Committee for Leather Leadership Conference IX are proud to have the opportunity to produce and host this year’s conference!
It is our most sincere hope to provide you both an educational and informative, as well as enjoyable experience at LLC IX in Phoenix Arizona.
The LLC IX LOC is comprised of folks who reflect the diversity that is the Arizona Leather/Alternative Lifestyle Tribe. We are proud to introduce the conference directors and chairs of the LLC IX Local Organizing Committee.

Master HaroldMaster Harold is the Co-Program Director for LLC-9. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Power Exchange (APEX). Master Harold is co-founder, along with Master Bert Cutler, of the Phoenix Chapter of Master and slaves Together (MAsT). In addition, he served as Program Chair for APEX in which he was responsible for general membership meeting programming, training programs, Dungeon Master program, parties, the APEX/Butchmann's Academy, support groups, and special events. Master Harold serves as an instructor at the APEX/Butchmann's Academy and has completed its the Mastery Program. He has one female slave and lives in a 24/7 Master/slave relationship.

Boy Joe BrumleyBoy Joe has been actively involved in the Leather lifestyle for over three years now and is the very proud and happy boy of Stephen Bloom. He was one of the founders and past president of the Phoenix boys of Leather and a member of the Arizona Power Exchange and Mama's Family. Boy Joe served as padlock leatherboy 2003, organizing monthly demos and events for the padlock bar and recently co-emceed the Southwest Leather Conference with Sheryl Dee, having one of the best times of his life. Boy Joe is extremely active in his community, helping to organize and participating in events too numerous to list here. He spends his work days as the Project Manager for staff development for a fast growing company with over 10,000 employees. He tends to dive head first into everything that he does (sometimes without looking first) but doesn't let a bad first time experience prevent him from learning more or enjoying himself.

Stephen BloomStephen is a gay leatherman and holds the titles of Mr. padlock Leather 2001, and padlock Leathersir 2002. He is the producer of Leather contests for the padlock Leather Levi bar, and produced the Arizona State Leathersir/Leatherboy contest in 2004. His involvement also includes assisting with the production of many other local and regional Leather contests and events and is active in fundraising for local charities, and presenting BDSM demonstrations at both the padlock and Arizona Power Exchange (APEX). He is a member of Arizona Power Exchange and has held the office of Treasurer, and Vice President to the Universal Brotherhood of the Leatherlords. As Art Director for a local television station, Stephen has offered his design talents in support of many local events and is honored to play a role in LLC IX.
