LC8 will be attended by leaders and lifestyle members of organizations from across the country. It is an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization or company's product in front of a highly targeted audience.

There are plenty of opportunities to promote your group or business and to support the event and the leather community by becoming a sponsor.

Program Advertising

    LLC8 will be producing an event program to help participants get the most out of their conference experience. The book will contain schedules, presentation abstracts, contact information, maps, and other items of interest. It will be used by guests throughout their conference stay.

    If you would like to get your company's product or service in front of leaders and active participants from leather groups across the country, you don't want to miss this opportunity!

      LLC 8 PROGRAM BOOK ADVERTISING RATES:

      • Full Page (8''x 5'') - $100.00
      • ½ page - (vertical 2¼"x8", horizontal 5"x4") - $65.00
      • ¼ page - (2½"x4") - $35.00
      • Inside Front Cover - $300.00
      • Inside Back Cover - $300.00
      • Outside Back Cover - $350.00
      • Centerfold - $300.00
      • Program Inserts - Copies of flyer (paper copies supplied by advertiser) inserted into Registration Packets - $50.00

      Requirements & Specifications

      • Space is sold on a first come, first served basis.
      • All ads will be black and white.
      • Electronic files must be a Quark, PDF, TIFF or JPG format at 150-350 PPI and scaled to actual size.
      • If you need design and/or layout assistance for your ad, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
      • Payment must accompany your advertisement.
      • All graphics and artwork must be "Street Legal"- no sexually explicit material will be accepted.
      • All ads are subject to the approval of LLC.

Event Sponsorships

    Your organization or company may wish to sponsor part of LLC8 in New Orleans. There are several options for those wishing to support the event with a sponsorship.

      Platinum - $500

      • Full page ad in program
      • Recognition at main sessions
      • Name on all signage
      • Space on literature table
      • Free placement of materials or promotional items in registration packages

      Gold - $250

      • 1/2 page ad in program
      • Recognition at main sessions
      • Name on main signage
      • Space on literature table
      • Free placement of materials or promotional items in registration packages

      Silver - $100

      • 1/4 page ad in program
      • Recognition at main sessions
      • Name on main signage
      • Space on literature table
      • Free placement of materials or promotional items in registration packages

      Bronze - $75

      • 1/4 page ad in program
      • Name on main signage
      • Space on literature table

Literature Table

    Do you have information you need to distribute to members of the leather lifestyle? Renting space on the LLC8 literature table may be just the thing. The cost is only $40.

    Event staff will keep the table stocked with material you provide until the supply provided by you is exhausted.

    All literature submitted for display is subject to the approval of LLC.

Advertising & Sponsorship Payments

    Payments for advertising and sponsorships may be submitted by PayPal, check or money order. You MUST note on your check or PayPal payment which ad the payment is for.

    NOTE: Any order for which payment has not been received by March 20 will be cancelled.

Advertising & Sponsorship Deadline

    All sponsorship and advertising requests and materials must be received by March 10, 2004.
