Leather Leadership Conference, Inc.

The Local Committee consists of many members of the New England, New York, and Maine Leather and Alternative Lifestyle communites. Through their hard work and dedication, we are able to present a conference dedicated to diversity and learning.

Below is a list of the Conference Co-Chairs and Local Committee Chairs:

Conference Co-Chairs

Michael Moran
Michael has been involved in the Boston Gay Leather Community for over 15 years. He currently holds the New England LeatherSir 2002 title. He is President of Leather Friendship Fund, a non-profit organization which proceeds go to Leather Archives and Museum, local title holders, and other charites. Michael is a founding member of the Brotherhood - Boston, an Associate Member of Chicago Hellfire Club (CHC), Berlin Leather and Fetish Club (BLF), and the Berlin Breeches, Leather, Uniform Fetish Club (BLUF). He has been involved in producing several Mr. Boston Leather Contests, as well as New England Mr. Drummer Contests. When not attending Leather events, producing Contests, or tending bar at a local leather bar, Michael is out enjoying his Harley Davidson!

Natalie Lane

Vivienne
Vivienne has been an activist in the Boston area since 1989. She serves on the board of the Great Boston Chapter of the National Organization for Women and got her start by helping to keep the women's health care clinics open. She got involved in the leather scene in 1995 and serves on the board of the New England Leather Alliance, most currently as Chair. She doesn't seem to be able to stop signing up for things, and volunteered to be the Chair of NCSF in early 2002. Vivienne is delighted to have LLC 7 in Boston and looks forward to working with the rest of the team to put on a world class, memorable event.

Media Relations and Hotel Liaison
Cecilia Tan

Cecilia Tan is the Media Relations Director for the New England Leather Alliance and director of the semi-annual Fetish Fair Fleamarket, now in its tenth year. In her fifteen years of sexuality activism, she has been a founder of women's leather group The MOB, a volunteer for Biversity and the Boston Bisexual Women's Network, and was awarded the title "Woman of the Year" by NLA: International in 2001. She writes and speaks often on SM, sex, and sexuality and her articles have appeared in Sandmutopian Guardian, Playboy.com, Masquerade, and elsewhere. Her fiction has been featured in Best American Erotica, Ms. Magazine, Penthouse, and many other places.

Sabrina Santiago

Sabrina Santiago has been active in the BDSM community for about 4
years. After attending a private play party in Attleboro, MA she helped to form the Paddleboro Defense League (PDL). Sabrina is the treasurer, volunteer coordinator, and a steering committee member for the PDL. She has been a New England Leather Alliance associate for a year and is currently the secretary and a law enforcement outreach officer for NELA. She is also the office manager for Leather By Danny and a student. Sabrina is currently working on hermasters in social work with an emphasis on community organizing and program planning. Her interests include safer sex education, outreach to the mental health community, and bringing educational curricula about sexual minority groups to social work schools.

Danny Winters

Danny joined the New England Leather Alliance board as vendor liaison back in 1999. In addition to being vendor liaison for NELA's Fetish Fair Fleamarket, he has recently taken on the role of Internal Relations Director for NELA and remains a member of the PDL Steering Committee. Danny entered the public scene in 1989. His passion for bondage inspired him to make his own bondage equipment. It was the popularity of his unique Grip-cuff (TM) design that inspired him to start his own business, "Leather By Danny". Leather by Danny now carries a wide range of bondage equipment and can be found in shops around the country. Danny enjoys traveling the country vending as well as teaching classes on bondage.

Tweekie is a past member of Boston Dungeon Society, Bound For Pleasure, The Eulenspiegel Society, and staff member of Restraints, and is currently active in the New England Leather Alliance. Tweekie gets her kicks from welcoming new people into the scene in the same warm way she was welcomed into it nearly 10 years ago.

Programming Co-Chairs

Match Stick

Match Stick found his organizational kink early on. While pursing play dates at the tender age of 20, he developed a web site devoted to the ins and outs of anal play. His page, hit on more times than a masochist's butt, has been translated into Czech and Hebrew! He went on to teach classes for Boston Dungeon Society and was coaxed to serve on the staff.

Currently a member of TNG and serving as the first elected president of Boston Dungeon Society, Match is serving as co-chair of the Programming Committee because he wants to see leather organizations thrive, rather than merely survive.
